Belle police execute search warrant, make another drug bust

On February 29th, 2012, at approximately 10:55pm, The Belle Police Department conducted a drug-related search warrant at 707 Taylor Street in Belle, Missouri. Officers located suspected methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia inside the residence.

The Maries County Prosecuting Attorney filed charges against Matthew Steen, of Belle, Missouri and Jerica Hays, of Belle, Missouri for Possession of a Controlled Substance, a Class C Felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a Class A Misdeameanor. Steen and Hays were arrested on warrants for the above charges on March 1st, 2012 with a $21,000 bond c/s. The suspects are being held in the Maries County Jail.
